Explorer subscribers do not have access to Event Analytics or Recording.

However, if you have an event planned that for which you do need either Event Analytics or Recording, you can purchase them specifically for that event, at the following prices:

• Event Analytics enablement: $200

• Event Recording: $200

To request that they be enabled, please contact Customer Support and provide:

• The Event Title, date and time of the event for which you want to enable Analytics and/or Recording

• Which features you want to have enabled for the event

• A phone number that a strmz.io Customer Support agent can contact you on to discuss payment and enable the features you requested
  

Accessing the Event Analytics

Prior to the event, the analytics of all event registrations will be available via the Analytics icon in the Upcoming Events table of My Events.

After the event, the analytics of all event registrations and event attendance will be available via the Analytics icon in the Completed Events table of My Events.

Accessing the Event Recording

The recording of the event will be published to the Completed Events table of My Events, within a few minutes of the completion of the event and will be available to download for two weeks after completion of the event.

Just click on the Download icon to view and download your recording.
