Edit an existing event

To edit an existing event:


  • Navigate to My Events to view all events in your Upcoming events table.


  • In the desktop-size form factor, select Edit Event to open the Update Event page for the selected event.


  • If you're using a tablet or mobile device, you will see a three dot symbol (⋮) on the right. Click on the symbol to open the drop-down menu and then select Edit Event.


All previously-specified parameters for the event will be pre-populated in the Update Event page, so you will just need to click through the same sections you went through when you created the event. 

Notes:


  • If you edit the event to update the audience size of the event, the Summary section will provide you with a updated quote estimate for the event, based on the updated parameters.


  • If you edit the time, date or duration of the event, an updated invitation email will be dispatched to all specified hosts, guest speakers and moderators, with an updated calendar invite attached.
